Note: Speeds listed are what you should typically experience – max speed may depend on location, user’s computer, internet congestion, or other conditions. Data transfer limits are ‘soft’, which means we don’t currently charge for over-use – actual transfer capabilities may depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, automatic and/or manual protections triggered by excessive or consistently high over-use. We do not block any particular use, however interactive traffic (eg voice, email, and normal browsing) is prioritized over long-running bandwidth-intensive traffic (eg large downloads and video streaming). Latency refers to the time it takes data packets to traverse the Full Signal network to our upstream connections, and overall latency varies beyond our control across the outside Internet.

We strive to meet or exceed our commitment to you, because if you’re happy then we’re happy – but results may vary and are not guaranteed.
